Return & Exchanges

Any returns or exchanges?
  • Return for goods are not allowed unless I've sent you a incorrect/defected orders
  • You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • All cases of returns and exchanges will be subjected to verification and handled by discretion
  • Returns must be unworn and unaltered with all original packaging in place
  • Customers will bear full responsibility in ensuring that returned items in original packaging are securely packed
  • Customers are encouraged to use a registered service with tracking capabilities as we will not be responsible for any mails loss in transit during the return
  • Items deemed defected will be repaired or exchanged for the same item that is still in stock
  • There are strictly no refunds for any items sold.

We will do our best to ensure the items are of the best condition before sending it out. However if i don't, simply drop us an email at with photos of defected/incorrect item and we will sort it out.

I don't want the item anymore, can i get a refund?

We are not liable for the loss of packages sent via through Singpost Normal Postage. Registered postage is strongly recommended for all items.
